commercial grade

Anyone have any idea what commercial grade is selling for this year? I just finnished up a 5 gallon barrel of some black gold lol. just wondering what it is selling for.... thanks.

Here in michigan $2.25 a pound

Just got off the phone with Highland Sugarworks in VT and they're paying $2.10 a pound for commercial. Hopefully we've got at least a few days before we start making that!
