Collected 245 gallons yesterday and finished boiling off this afternoon what we had left from yesterday, Running very little today. Will have enough to boil tomorow night with all of us in sugar house but looks like the last boil for this year. Was a banner year for us and and a good run. Hope to have total of 40 gallons bottled up.:cool:

Glad to hear it was a good your for you. We had a good year as well should boil for the last time tonight and think I will break the 500 gallon mark

I thought (hoped) last night would be my last boil. But the sap was still coming in on vacuum at 7pm. Left the pumps on overnight and got 20 more gallons, and still running this morning. Tonight will be it for certain. Seriously. Up to 0.29 gal/tap on vacuum Reds.
