Sap Starting

Collected 150 gallons of sap last week and weekend from125 taps. Not great but will take it. Finished 3 1/2 gallons light syrup. Yum. Weather forcast for the week looks like mostly rain. We will wait and hope for more.

I so hear you Merklin, We have collected about the same as you. Boiled and finished 41 bottles…cloudy, but sweet and thick, I'll take it! The weather looks iffy to say the least
