I thought last year was bad but this year proved me wrong, I made 72 gallons in 2011, 37 last year and 32 this year. I think it might have something to do with the drought last summer. Pulled 200 taps today as I really doubt we will have anymore freezing here and if we do the trees will be budding

What a shame:( Maybe next year you'll make up for two 'lost' years. You could use to catch a break after another disappointing year.

I had the best year ever, I got 150 gal. of sap to make my 4 gallons and 2 pints, And i still gave another 267 gallons of sap away, Like i sai my Best year ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
