The end of another season.

Although I started in the 3rd week of January and quit on the 5th of April I was 25% less then last year. Needless to say last year was bad. I hope everyone out there had a fun and profitable time. It was fun communicating with you people. Now to plan for next year !!!

Maple Jim, where the heck is Pistakee Highlands located. I live in Cary , Illinois, near Crystal Lake. I had 89 taps out this year and made a record 15.1 gallons of syrup. I could have made a little more but ran out of wood and energy. Roger Taylor
