I was wondering if anyone had a picture of how their raised flue arch set up was configured? I'm just tinkering with mine a little and was wondering if my set up was similar. I have the rear arch dams filled in with brick and sand. I have the sand level at 1/2" below the flues. I also have the firebox/ramp built up higher and more of a steep angle. I'm trying to get a better boil in the rear of the flue pan and also a better syrup pan boil. Overall doing pretty good, but trying to improve anyway I can. Getting 32-33 gal/hr evap rate (2x6, G.H. Grimm Lightning). Thanks.
