Real Light Syrup so far in 2013

I've got about 40 gallons of this stuff (grade jug on the far right). I think I need to add some Brown Dye to it to make it look like Maple Syrup instead of Corn Oil.

Our syrup in Hudson never changed color all season. It stayed light all season. I not sure I will ever figure this maple syrup business. Lee

These are batches 1 through 5 for me this year shown in little sample bottles.

All really light, but fortunately all have really wonderful flavour. I'm pretty sure I have at least one or two batches before the season winds down.
