sap ?

if its clear ss there any chance its bad. it been a week sitting but theres been ice in the tank. also when i colect the sap when i put it in the bucket i get alot of bubbles, is that good or bad. thank cory

Hi Cory. If the sap has been stored cold - and if there is ice with the sap then you know it has - it should be just fine. Just so you know, when you dump sap from one container to another it does fizzle a lot, like soda, for a few seconds.

My sap sits in the buckets on the trees all week. Only had bad sap two weeks ago. The rest of the season it was fine.
