Trailer skies

[C&C maple sugar bush]

I wa thinking about building 2 skies 10" by 40" to puting on a 4 by 6 trailer for wood in the winter and then sap during the spring, would this work

if done right it will..if you look around the web you should find pic,s of trailers with skies on them.i plan on doing the same to a trailer i,am building and i,ve been looking up info.

I made a sleigh once for wood that I pulled behind my Skidoo. At first I had it on springs (that was a mistake) then I simply put the skies on risers and it worked fine. I use four Skidoo skies two in front two at the rear both mounted solid
