Batch #6

Well I am finishing, Filtering and Bottling Batch #6 then heading back out to the Sugar Shack to boil batch #8....Batch #7 will come off the evaporator later tonight!

Busy Busy and I thought it would not flow today cause it got cold but I was wrong...No rest it's go go go time!

Ok Batch # 6 was just about exactly 2 Gallons! YTD Total of 9 Gallons 50 oz! Heading out to fire up the evap to boil til about 9am then bed cause I have to be somewhere at 8pm then probally finish tonight's batch tomorrow night an boil again!
