Buds open on silvers, sap is running very little and doesn't look real good. The last draw looked like molasses. Finished out the year with 30 gallons on a 2x4! My best season yet.

im in lake george and ill be pulling my taps in my lower woods soon but at my house im 1200 feet in elevation and ive only had two good runs so i hope the season isnt over for me cause i had 200 taps and have only made 7 gallons so far

Down in Altamont, just outside of Albany. Going to collect tomorrow through Thursday, boil it down and call it a season. Was snowing down here today. The reds have swollen quite a bit but NO sign of sugars budding yet. Hoping they hold off until Friday.
