Made 126 gallons last night. Had alot more sap but sold most of it.

Bottled 8 1/2 gallons Sunday from a huge Saturday boil (for me). Last year I only made 16 gallons. I still have sap in tower and can't get to my buckets to collect, I'm sure they are running on the ground. Now I have to go to work? Good problems to have. LOL

Hope everyone had a good Easter Sunday. I was up late. Made 165 gallons. And still had a full tank I raw sap left waiting to go trough the ro. Now off to the woods. Got to chase those leaks.

I have batch boiled 5 times out of the last 6 days and getting a bit over a gallon of syrup each time.

I just wish I could get some sap to boil... 250 taps out and less than a hundred gallons of sap so far. Supposed to be a high of 32 today so it's not gonna happen today.

Today kinda sucks. Miserable day for work in the woods. Vacuums almost tight tho.

Saturday I made 8 gal and Sunday made 4 and a half. So Im at 12 and a half for this week, hopefully it warms up thursday.
