So i did not have time to pull my taps this weekend. Had a decent run sunday into monday but today was poor. Pulled a few taps. hope to get 20g by friday for my last boil.
Looking at the trees, not all have budded out yet. but are very close. Some sap is a tinge yellow. My storage barrel has little snow left around it. Curious to see what I produce.
Any thoughts?
I'm hoping for some grade b for cooking.
