No Sap?

After a dry spell of low daytime temps, we have finally had two days at +40 degrees.
But, I have only gotten one gallon in those two days from four trees. My one Norway and both Box Elder trees have dry buckets.
Can I expect a resumption of flow in the dry trees and something better in the others? Next three days to be +45 daytime and -32 at night.
Need more syrup in my little backyard operation.

How long ago did you tap? What spouts are you using? New or old? Cleaning method?

Tapped March 8
Using all used metal spiles with hanging hook and lid bracket.
Cleaned all equip. (my first year) with hot water and vinegar before tapping. Nothing cleaned since except buckets and evap. pans.
Got 15 gallon of sap from my 7 taps over about 6 days following tapping. Very little since.
