Looking at setting up with flexibility/serviceability in mind. I found a 1/2" flexible nylon tube rated 250psi WP and 1000psi burst. Available in black or natural. The black has UV stabilizer in it. The natural does not. I also found several different push connects that work with this tube. Again the idea is simplicity and serviceability. Any suggestions on black versus natural?

Prices are all inflated. Yes they will be expensive, BUT these are a one time purchase. I deal a lot with Fastenal have an account, and get a decent price on most stuff.

I axed the flow controls and went with a Hydronix Adjustable Panel Mount Flowmeter - 0.5-5.0; 1/2" MNPT Part # AFM-055 for simplicity.

Tubing was expensive, went with the cheaper of the fittings for now. The better ones are fantastic as I have used them in 1/4" before.

This setup should allow me to change configurations of the plumbing quite easily. Initially I plan to mount everything to a 2 wheel hand truck but may change that later depending how it works.

I went to www.lowes.com and looked up supply lines for sinks, there are quite a few options there with a max burst of 2500 psi. I think that would be a cheap option for all your high pressure lines.

i looked into the same stuff when i made my ro, found that clear braided pvc works well and just used 1/2" insert fittings like for black plastic well lines
also the working pressure of that tubing is 250psi, i have run it to 310psi without problems, normally only run around 200psi, my vessel leaked a little before the tubing bothered. I dont think the fittings are rated for as high of pressure but i havent had a problem in 2 years of running. 1/2 in tubing fit tight on barb fittings, i had to heat it with a torch and really push it on, next time i would use 5/8 tubing.
