It must be SAP SUNDAY I never saw it run like today and it started at 9 am gonna be a busy day here on Otty Lake in Perth.

Northern Ontario it is dripping a bit, best so far this year, but not dripping like it could be. Getting about 25 gallons of sap off 140 taps, seems the big trees have not let loose yet.

Getting great light syrup from the sap though. I think they call it Fancy Light.

Hope it gets better soon and buckets overflow.

running like crazy here in Brighton area , I have collected 16 gallons from my 13 taps today , gunna have to go back in the morning and empty the buckets again , then I dont know what to do , I have to go to Montreal for 4 days :(
