How high of a vacuum level can you run continuous on a masport m-5 before the oil gets to hot

My m-5 I used last year had a oil reclaimer and I was able to pull continous 18-19" with a fan blowing on it. This year just converted it to a flood and now we can pull 25" with out it getting to hot. Some people pull more like 27" w/flood.
