I thought I saw a thread on here awhile back about this, but can't find anything. Anybody have recommendations on temp and method of heating syrup and coating the popcorn?

heat up a 1/2 pint of syrup to 240.pour over 9 cups of popped popcorn.stir till syrup turns to candy you will know it when it happens.place on cookie sheet and put it in the oven on lowest setting mine is 170 for one hour.

Thanks! Seems so easy! We must not of taken the syrup high enough last time.

Then how do you store the popcorn? How long before it's stale?
