I did a lot of thinking on this before doing , had doubts about it working, but it works great. We have about 100 taps on tubing running into barrels , because they were 36 feet below mainline .Got a good deal on vac. pump. and releaser, So I decided to put in sap ladders , 3 of them 12 feet of lift each in one line. So if the sap runs again I will post video of them working.:D

Good to hear! We did something similar with 3 x 8ft lifts to get 100 taps along a south facing field edge up to the mainline. We were worried the vacuum wouldn't lift it after we'd spent over $1,000 setting up the mainlines and laterals but no problems!

What type of lift did you use? Star or the one that uses 2 main lines to do the lift <--- Sorry I don't remember what it was called or how it really works.

Thanks,

Dane.
