Well,I just got done boiling in 170 gallons, and managed to sweeten the pans and pull off 3/4 of a gallon of light amber. It sure looks better than last year,all I made was A dark.The trees still have 2 foot of snow around them so it should get better.Its going to be cold up here starting thursday, so have to wait till maybe sunday or Monday before we get any run at all. good luck everyone.
