Welcome to the club. Mix a heavy dose of vinegar with water and heat in your pan. Commence scrubbing with a combo poly/metal scrub pad. Vinegar, water, and elbow grease and it will be good as new. Ask me how I know...

Got to say this is one club i did not want to be in... Thanks for the help....... Do i rinse with just water after........

Rinse is good but you could boil with some baking soda and rinse again.
