Hopefully your weather is like mine. I just boiled 44 gallons only to have another 20 at noon time plus the buckets are filling up again tonight. 50f here and skies are clear so I am hoping it cools off below freezing. I think this is going to be one of the good weeks!

Yep im sitting here listening to my gravity line drip in almost faster than what I am boiling.... 10 gallons of new sap since this morning and thats not counting the 26 buckets in the woods!
