Great season for sure . We have collected another 120 gal on 30 taps . Boiling this Sunday . Last week we cooked a beautiful batch of medium amber . The nicest I have ever seen

Ours got 1 dark batch about 10 days ago , I boiled tuesday night 2.1 sugar and made 3 and 1/2 gallons of lightest maybe yet . My evap is only from last year so I get better every boil . We have an Open House tomorrow . Last year 80 people showed up , crazy . Im in Hardwick
