We started tapping Feb 22 got 1350 tapped by March first things cooled down so we didnt finish tapping. We gathered 1100 gallons sap Friday and made 13 gallons of nice fancy on Saturday. Finished tapping yesterday 2150+ total in buckets this year. The weekend looks great good luck to everyone this season may it Triple last years :)
