Well we started the season with 375 taps in on Feb 14th and 375 gallons of sap. As of today we finished adding drops bringing our total tap count to 637. We had a good sap day today 500 gallons .78 gallons per tap. This brings the total sap harvest so far to 2,861 gallons.

Dan - Our lucky little microclim appears to be right in the zone. A bit too warm south and east, a bit to cold north and west. Looks like another .5gpt overnight. Bruce

It has been slow today and yesterday with low sugar content but we are at 9 gallons of sap per tap so far this year.
