Started to tap my trees yesterday afternoon and put in the last of my taps this morning. Just a few drops yesterday, 30 taps in 22 trees, They say it should be it upper in the upper 30s by Thur. hoping for a good run then, All ready for boiling on the new pan!!!!!

55 gallons this weekend from 116 taps. Pretty slow. Hoping to get atleast the same amount in the next few days so I can fire up the evaporator.
