Hi guys, im not new to the site but this is my first post. I got into making maple syrup last year with just some cinder blocks and a pan. This year I stepped it up and made my own arch. I made a small 2 x 4 arch. I also made a flue pan for a guy. Tell me what you guys think. Tell me the good and bad and where I can improve (more pictures to follow)

Looks pretty good. I would suggest a top hinge on the draft door for more even inflow of air, but too late so maybe it will work just as well.

Yes, I'd say you stepped it up quite a bit! Unique-looking pan and arch. Cool to see.

I've never seen a "V" corrugation before, only the "U" shape. Is that just easier to make or do you think it might boil better? Any plans for dividers or spigot?

I wonder how the pan will seat onto the arch and if you will need a support bracket to distribute the weight to the base. Thanks for posting this work.
