We are over by Eleva, Wi. and have not been out yet. There is about 1 1/2 feet of snow in the woods over here and have not been out as of yet. We are hoping to get out and set some taps this coming Monday if the weather permits. Still getting things ready to boil here. We have been making some new arrangements for my stove. We have always boiled out in the elements, but this year we are converting an old self unloading box into a little sugar shack. Taking it off the wagon.We took the unloader off the front and closing up the ends and putting in a door. We have an old furnace with the top cut out so we can set pans right on the cast iron top. We will put the smoke stack out through the steel roof. Should work out real nice for me this year. We do about 75 trees, just enough for family and friends. Teaching the grands how to do it too and they are very exceited. Isn't it fun???Glo
