had just enough sap to get started yesterday. our second year and we are hooked. up to 120 taps this year. built a nice 14 x 20 post and beam house, bought an evap from fabricator over keene nh way. most taps on tubing, couple of buckets around for looks. family affair, our grown kids, cousins, nephews, brother, sis in law, grand kids, friends, kids friends, awesome. made 10 gal tasty syrup last year, see what happens this year. also replaced 1958 AC with new 4 wh kubota for gathering and plowing road to sap house. smells soooo good boiling yesterday! hope to boil and bottle some syrup this coming tuesday.
