I developed a crack in the front of my arch while boiling this spring. I've boiled with it for 3 seasons. It took a few days to go all the way from the upper left corner of the left door to under the syrup pan. I had set up with a local welder to come over and have it repaired but mentioned it to Don when I was at G H Grim's in Rutland. He told me they would send someone over to pull out the old one and put in a new one....FOR FREE!!! :o Being a bit of a pessimist I went home that night and pulled it off myself. I brought it in and they told me that I'd need to bring the doors in too since the holes for the hinges are different for each arch. The next day I brought the doors in and they had the new front there!!! They even gave me a package of screws since a lot of the ones I had to grind off to get the old one off. Two of the screws are a little short so I'll have to pick them up at the local hardware store then I'll be all set to rebrick. Don said it might have cracked because I have the pipe reduced to 6" from 7" and have two 45 degree elbows in it. I'll have to "straighten" that out and get it back up to 7" this summer. There's been a lot written about Leader and their prices lately but with customer service and support like this I know I'll be buying Leader products for a long time!!!! :D :D :D

Great to hear a good report about customer service. Good job Leader! You have likely added a few more to your customer base with reports like this. :D :D :D

The front I had on my new style 2' arch cracked some the first season and they gave me full retail price credit towards a airtight front and blower to convert it to an inferno style arch.

They are second to none in customer service in my opinion too. :D
