Question about sap

Hi all,

I went to my bush before sunset after boiling all day and noticed some buckets with about a 1L in it but did not have time to pick it up. My question is...since it will be frozen solid in there for the next 5 days my sap should stay fresh right? I was wondering if I still should pick up the frozen sap or just leave it there. I assume it is only about 25 Gal or so.
