Soooo Slow

I thought I already posted the following, but could not find in threads. apologies if you've read before. collected yesterday with my bucket brigade (volunteers willing to help out). we only got 120 gal. sap off of 271 taps. boiled down to fit in evaporator and pulled 2 gal, of finished syrup, first of the season for us here: :)

I live over north of Holton. I collected about 40 gallons off of about 80 taps. Boiled that down yesterday, gonna wait until next Friday foe the next boil.
