Tapped and waiting in Galway!

Put in 41 this morning up from 32 last year. They started to drip a little then it clouded up and started to snow some, that shut them right down.
Hope nature cooperates. 3rd year backyarder.

I'm up in Broadalbin, om the GSL. I put 20 in last weekend, collected 5 gal over the course of the week. I plan on putting in another 15-20 today.
Still waiting for a good run.

Were in the town of johnstown 150 taps we are in the middle of of our fourth boil right now

I tapped about two weeks ago. Got pretty good runs for a few days - 25-30 gal sap per day from22 taps.
Have made 3.5 gallons of syrup so far. The last few days have been pretty poor for sap - 3 gal from 22 taps yesterday!
Finished my 6th boil today and expect another gallon from that. Today a better run. Collected 12 gal of sap from 11am to 3 pm.
Hopefully next week will be better.
