Had a line freeze/break in my pre heater. Took it apart to repair and oh my. Always figured the steam going through it would be self cleaning/ sterilizing. Have not had that apart since I built it 3 yrs ago and to say it was a little gross would be an understatement. add cleaning that every yr before start up to my list
