Tapped in Lunenburg 2013

Tapped Sunday February 10th.

As of Sunday February 24th Hollis Hills Farm has finished about 65 gallons of Grade A - Light Amber.

Late last week (March 21-24) was pleasantly surprised for a great run. Collected 2,500+ gallons for the week and finished 72 gallons of Grade A Dark Amber. Here in Lunenburg the sap is still running and temps looks favorable to run for at least the first half of the week.

Amazing how 50 miles makes a difference. Friends in Western MA have 2' of snow on the ground, have same number of taps and have barely collected enough sap to sweeten the pans.

Always thankful for every single drop of sap! If anyone knows of anyone willing to sell/barter sap we're definitely interested.
