Exactly where is it leaking from? Is it coming out as small fine airborne particles, or dripping or squirting out somewhere? If it's coming out as a fine mist, then it could be that the internal oil filter is plugged and needs to be changed.

I've got an OSR 20 and just finished putting a mechanical seal into it. If the oil is coming from the bottom of the pump, on the end where it couples to the motor I'm betting you need a new seal as well. On the link below you'll find some helpful pdf files on the right side. The "af pump operation and maintenance manual" has a great parts diagram. Tuthill will ship parts, but I'm not sure who you can find to work on the pump. If you're mechanically inclined you can probably skill the repair yourself. The only "special" tool you'll need is some sort of gear puller to remove the rotor and some clean space so too not dirty the pump. Beyond that it took me an hour to tear down and rebuild. After you rebuild make sure to fill casing with oil, because filling reservoir won't allow oil to make its way to the rotor and you won't have vacuum at all. Let me know if you need anything else.
