We just put in 14 taps and are hoping for a good year. Last year was so bad for everyone, but the year before, we did great for a tiny operation. Never the less, we are excited and can't wait to start filling that 50 gallon drum. The taps have been in for an hour and we have about 16oz. in each bucket, so I'd say we are on our way! Our sap sugar content for these Norway Maples is believe it or not over 2, leaning to 2.5. yahoo! Considering we never even hit 2 before
