hello my name is cory and im a maple a holic, just kiddin, this is my question. i get about 10-30 gallons of sap a week and boil on thw weekends. can i boil to almost syrup and then store it till the next weekend to finish a bigger batch at once.if so what whould be the best way to do it

Just keep it cold. If not warm weather is coming, just leave it in the pans. If warm is coming, refrigerate it. Make sure all sap has boiled hard before trying to save it.

I do this all the time. Boil it down to maybe 90% and then throw it in the freezer. I did this all last year until I ended up with a 5 gallon pale of essentially brown slush. Took that out on a Saturday and just finished all off in one big batch.
