Hi All,
Finally sweetened the pans yesterday!
Collected 40 Gal Yesterday and ad 15 Gal in the tank. So I fired the evaporator at 12:00 AM and done at 11:00 PM and got 1.5 Gal of finished syruo. Amazing light color and sweet!
Was a long day but wort it! Now this morning looks like winter again:( :)
