Will sap last 2 weeks?

im going away for the weekend n this is the only time i can boil. Will the sap last till next weekend?

Do you have enough freezer space for it? I wouldn't trust refrigeration for that long.

Quick story. I gave some taps to a friend. He tapped first week of January. Just recently brought over a five gallon bucket full he had stored in his garage from January on. We boiled it just to see. Got a pint of medium. Tastes great.
