new home for a 3x8 or 3x10

I'm buying an evaporator most likely a 3x8.. Any recomindations on size and lay out..

16 by 24 seems like a cozy size. i have a 4x10 in a 16 x24 building. i have a decent amount of room

I have a 3x10 in a 30x40 and have lots of room so far but till I built an RO room and now a bottling room it's getting smaller fast!

I was thinking a 14x20 but maybe that would be to small.. I guess i should be thinkiing more on the lines of 14 or 16x24 or 28.. Maplekid do you do bottle in your building?? I would like to do everything for the sugar house..

It always seems that whatever size you build, it will eventually be too small...
