caulking for hood

I added new drains or troughs in the hood to catch condensation..what do u guys use for caulking or silicone in the hood for drain troughs

No chaulking its all welded tight. If you use caulk it must be food grade.

i went to home depot..they sold me DAP kitchen and bath silicone..They said its accidential food grade up to 400 F

Dow makes a good RTV food grade sealant
