with the temps hoovering in the mid 30's this week unless we get some sun i will most likely not get any sap this and the forecast shows below freezing next weekend. with all my taps on buckets and high in elevation it could be a while unless the weather forecast changes. i would rather have 35 and bright sun than 40 and cloudy thats for sure but i have neither right now. i actually have still held off on 100 of my taps, will most likely put them in monday, i was feeling "bad" about waiting until i saw the weather, maybe it will pay off later in the season?
