Time to boil

Not much sap this week here in Durham but enough to get in a short boil.
Made a gallon of very light amber. Can't wait until we get a darker grade.

Last couple days were good in enfield. Got 26 gallons of sap from 8 taps. Gonna check them shortly today. Started boiling this am.
