We tapped 180 trees about 2 weeks ago and have made 9 gallons of syrup so far.

Where exactly are you located around New London? I'm Wakeman (Clarksfield Twp.), se. corner of Butler and Ferry Rd.

We are on Exchange Road between Cook and Prospect Roads. We have had two decent runs with very good sugar content. 19 gallons made so far.
