I completely disagree with this kind of marketing... they are located almost in my backyard...some km's south of me..and their syrup is sell $50 for half-litre, and mine $7 for the same ??? i understand that is the only reason that they are in the bag, completely extortionate price...
This could create very bad opinions on markets where people who dont know much about Maple Syrup they could even think that only heavy priced maple syrup is real maple Syrup.
Marketing at 7 times the real acceptable shelf price is a kill for the maple industry.
