Has anyone tried to market their sap to a coffee house?
I use a french press for my coffee when i make it at home and tried it with fresh sap.
I learned that trick on this site. Other than chains( Starbucks Panera Bruegers) in the area I live there is no real coffee houses close enough for me to approach but I thought it could be a nice seasonal selection for an upscale coffeehouse. Or freeze it and distribute year round. Could anybody see this working?
