Hi folks
Has anyone here ever gotten their sugarbush/syrup/maple products/facility etc certified as kosher?
If so, what is the process? Difficult? Expensive?
If so, has it been a positive for sales?
I live/work in an area with a lot of Jewish folks and businesses and think it would be a positive for both me as a producer and them knowing they could get a superior product and not have to worry about breaking any of their dietary laws.:)
