Hi tom,
I live in Enfield, but tap in East Windsor on Rt 140. Are you on buckets or tubes? We are on tubes but been having trouble getting things dialed in. Good luck this year.

Great run so far this year. Last few days been averaging 20 gallons/ day off 14 producing taps. Have 6 more not doing so well. Did my first boil this weekend, boiled 26 gallons and got just shy of 3.5 quarts. (would have made it if I didnt spill any!) Looks like medium amber, gotta let it settle out Tough trying to boil only on weekends now. Hope the snow dont melt too quick, gotta keep the sap cold. If this keeps up its gonna be a busy weekend!!!
