Im located north of Bloomington.This is my 4th year tappin & sappin with 21 taps. We tapped 6 trees the last week of Jan. This produced 64oz our first boil.The next week we put in another 15 taps up on the hill behind the house.This makes for a great gravity system. This last Sat.2-16-13 we produced 164oz Sap has been frozen in our buckets since last Thursday.Looking forward to getting home and checking our buckets.With the high in the 50's today I hope we all have a good run befor turning off cold again.
